We offer a family run, fast, friendly, same day service throughout London and all surrounding areas, with same day drop off and collection and a complete range of 4yrd to 12yrd skips available. We always try our very best to accommodate your every need.

Grab Hire

We offer a grab loader hire for those large heavy jobs , with our 36 tonne grab lorry we can carry large amounts of soil, mud, clay, hardcore and all other types of waste. Please contact us for a free no obligation quote.

Wait & Load Service

We also offer an alternative solution to skip hire, a wait and load service which offers a vehicle & loading team for those hard to reach areas, or if you are low on man power to load. The wait and load service offers removal of one item to full loads.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have room for the skip on my drive; can I place it on the road?

Normally you can, however, a licence from the local council needs to be applied for. The charge levied varies depending on the council and so does the notice they require. If you need a skip on council property (Inc the Highway) then contact us and we can advise on the cost and procedure for your council.

I have no space for a skip and do not want to pay the council a licence fee, can you help?

Darcy Skips are more than happy to arrange a “wait and load” service where the driver will wait, whilst the skip is loaded. 20 minutes waiting time is included free of charge!

What access do I need to provide?

As the vehicles delivering to your house are LGV’s and normally very large, please make sure that there is sufficient access to allow it in/out safely. If you are unsure, please contact us at Darcy Skips and we can provide you with the approximate dimensions required.

Do I have to wait in for the skip?

Darcy Skips can take a card payment at the point of ordering and therefore delivery can be made without you being on site (no more waiting in to give the driver the cash!).

What does the price of hiring a skip include?

The price from Darcy Skips includes delivery, collection, disposal and hire for up to 14 days (prices are normally quoted excluding VAT).

What Happens To Your Waste ?

All of your waste is brought to our Waste Recycling Centre. It’s weighed first and a weighbridge ticket issued. The waste is then sorted, separated and processed.

We reprocess and recycle all of the following waste streams:
